hi, i'm new

hi, i'm sandi and i am a newb at ballet (i do other dance too, but am starting ballet).  that's just background b/c i'm new, not what this post is about.  

actual subject:
i am also a color guard member.  (color guard is the people who dance with flags in marching band)   and we have band camp in a few weeks (uggh, choreography around people with loud instruments).  i was wondering if anyone could suggest something to give me energy for 12 hour rehearsals (give or take) without being fattening.  (i really need to cinch my waistline right now, i haven't been doing dance at all lately)
